Prenatal Education Series

Free in-person sessions.

These sessions are provided in a two-part group format. The first session will help you prepare for labour and delivery while the second session will help you prepare for the postpartum period and bringing your baby home. These sessions will be facilitated by a maternity physician and a registered nurse.

Session dates: November 6th and 20th, 2025, 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
