Job Opportunities

Director of Philanthropy (Full-Time, Permanent)

If you are a dynamic leader with exceptional strategic thinking skills, a love for fundraising, and have a keen eye for detail we want to hear from you!

The Director of Philanthropy…

• Will report to the Executive Director and oversee a highly effective philanthropy team. You will serve as a leadership team member and be an active participant in making strategic decisions affecting Peace Arch Hospital Foundation.

• Will direct, implement, manage, and assess a comprehensive fundraising program (including Leadership and Campaign Giving, Legacy and Annual giving, and Donor Relations), which seeks to foster the development of meaningful donor relationships and support the strategic fundraising goals for the Foundation.

• Will be ideal for someone with high energy, a flexible schedule, and the ability to juggle a variety of tasks and deadlines and not break a sweat.

• Will have 10+ years progressive fundraising experience, with at least 5+ years working at a senior management level.

• Must have demonstrated major gifts, campaign and/or planned giving fundraising experience.
