Together we can improve stroke care in our community

Approximately 62,000 people in Canada have a stroke each year, roughly one stroke every ten minutes! Immediate treatment for a stroke followed by appropriate care in an acute stroke unit can reduce the likelihood of death and disability. Specialty equipment can mean the difference between someone suffering a devastating, life-changing stroke experience, or receiving the appropriate care when they need it most. Please help us purchase these necessary medical tools.
