Job Opportunities

Philanthropy Officer (Full-time, Permanent)

Reporting to the Director of Philanthropy, the successful applicant will:

  • Be responsible for increasing revenue from legacy gifts by developing, implementing, and evaluating strategies to acquire new donors and manage relationships with existing donors
  • Manage and grow both the mid-level donor program (Caring Circle) and the monthly donor program (Sea Star Circle)
  • Utilize relationship management, administration, marketing, and problem solving skills to enhance the various programs
  • Have good judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate professionally to build strong relationships with donors, professional advisors, and colleagues
  • Ensure a very high standard of customer service
