Stroll the promenade while taking in the sights, sounds and elegant amusements that await, before taking your place in the Garden of Grace for a luxurious luncheon of refined nourishment. The Queen does so love a spectacle, and this exquisite afternoon for a chosen few will be no exception.

Taking place in the warm afternoon light of harvest season with a mission to restore nourishment and dignity within our hospital, this breathtakingly beautiful gathering is where grace meets impact.

For when women unite in philanthropy, there arises a force both bold and unwavering — steadfast in vision, rich in compassion, and resolute in its aim to uplift, transform, and lead with purpose.

This initiative is designed to modernize our outdated kitchen facilities, elevate food services, and enhance the dining experience for patients, visitors, and staff alike.

Why a Tea?

Since the first porcelain cup was lifted to the lips of an English duchess, tea has played quiet witness to history. Suffragists gathered over delicate china to imagine a different future for women. Ideas were stirred gently with a spoon — friendships formed, alliances forged, and movements quietly set in motion. The teapot has long been both hearth and megaphone — drawing people together to nourish bodies, lift spirits, and, in their own way, gently reshape the world.

By gathering around the teacup, we honour these timeless traditions of hospitality while celebrating the beautifully diverse community cared for by Peace Arch Hospital.
