The Peace Arch Pot of Gold is a 50/50 payroll lottery for regular full and part-time Fraser Health employees at Peace Arch Hospital only.

NOTE: If you are NOT an employee on Fraser Health Authority’s payroll, you will NOT be eligible to enter or win this draw. 

For a minimum of $5 per pay period, employees can enter for a chance to win half of the money raised by the raffle each month. Drawn on the first Tuesday of every month (the first draw takes place February 4, 2025), the winner will receive 50% of the jackpot, with remaining proceeds going toward the purchase of critical medical equipment at PAH. Whether you win the cash prize or not, celebrations will be in order for helping to support your community hospital. 

How to Enter

  1. Join in on the fun! Please sign up using the lottery entry form below.

    Please note: If you were previously enrolled in our lottery, BC Gaming still requires a NEW lottery entry form to be submitted each year to remain eligible to play. 

  2. Once you register, you are responsible to confirm that deductions have begun on your pay. If deductions have not started, your raffle entry is not valid.

    Please contact Matina Klose for support if you notice that your deductions have not yet begun. Note: The first payroll deduction of the 2025 raffle year will occur on the January 2nd, 2025 payroll. The first draw for this license period will take place on February 4, 2025. 

  3. Encourage your colleagues to play! The more staff who play, the bigger the pot of gold! Winners will be announced on the first Tuesday of every month.

    • Rules of Play

      • Participants must be full-time, part-time or casual, FHA employee aged 19 or older. Peace Arch Hospital Foundation employees and Board of Directors are not permitted to participate.
      • Your pay stub is your receipt. Once you register, you are responsible for confirming deductions have started. If deductions have not been taken, your entries/tickets are invalid. If deductions are not appearing, please advise Matina Klose at 604-535-4520 or via email at matina@pahfoundation.ca to confirm receipt of your application.
      • If there are any complaints, please direct these to Matina Klose via email at matina@pahfoundation.ca
      • Your entry is valid in pay periods in which you have earned income and appears as a deduction on your pay stub.
      • Draw dates are the first Tuesday of each month. If there is a delay that would prevent a draw from occurring on this Tuesday, the draw will take place the following business day. Participants would be notified via email.
      • There will only be one winner selected from each draw.
      • To withdraw at any time, please request a cancellation a minimum of 1 week prior to your next pay period by contacting Matina Klose via email at matina@pahfoundation.ca.
      • Winners will be notified via preferred email or phone. Winners must provide photo ID and proof of age 19+ at the Foundation office prior to receiving their cheque.
      • The ticket purchaser must be 19 years of age or older. If a winning ticket bears a minor’s name, the prize will be lawfully delivered on behalf of the minor to the minor’s parent, legal guardian or trustee.
      • The Peace Arch Hospital Foundation is committed to protecting your privacy. Information provided is for internal use only.
      • The lottery is not considered a charitable donation by the Canada Revenue Agency and is therefore not eligible for a tax receipt.
      • License runs from Dec 16, 2024 to Dec 2, 2025.
      • Gaming Regulations stipulate all players must reapply annually.

      I verify I am 19+ years of age. I have read the Rules of Play and my employee number and contact information are correct. I authorize payroll deductions for the entries stated above to be deducted by FHA payroll until such time as I choose to withdraw.
