Peace Arch Hospital Foundation Projects: 2022 Health & Wellness Calendar

2022 Health & Wellness Calendar

Peace Arch Hospital Foundation's 2022 Health & Wellness Calendar

Peace Arch Hospital Foundation is excited to launch their new 2022 Health & Wellness Calendar! A mandate of the Foundation is to support local programs and initiatives to assist in creating the healthiest community possible. With that in mind, we have partnered with 12 local businesses in the South Surrey/White Rock area whose services align with our vision and are featuring one each month. In the physical copy of the calendar they have generously included a coupon so you can sample their services.

Local organizations who provide community services such as Seniors Come Share Society, South Surrey White Rock Chamber of Commerce, Alexandra Neighbourhood House, and Sources will also be adding their own event and activity dates monthly to the digital version that can be found listed below and as links in the downloadable pdf version.

We hope this calendar inspires some fun activities while giving you the opportunity to support our local businesses.

Healthy communities don't just happen...they are built by caring people who want to make a difference.

Would you like a physical copy of the 2022 Health & Wellness calendar full of coupons?

Each partnered business has generously included a coupon for their feature month so you can sample their services. These coupons are only available in the physical copy of the calendar. If you would like to receive this free calendar, please email Amy Cross at

Focus on Seniors Webinar: Chemicals, pollutants and your health

Are there pollutants in my home? What are the health risks? Who is most at risk? How do I protect myself and those in my care? What is the Government of Canada doing about this? Our awareness and learning sessions can help you answer these questions!
In our daily lives, we are exposed to chemicals and pollutants like asbestos, dust, cleaning products, formaldehyde, mould, talc, and radon. Exposure to environmental pollutants can cause health problems and it can be difficult to know how to reduce our exposures.

This webinar will educate you on:

  • How you can identify hazards & health risks
  • What you can do to reduce your exposure to environmental pollutants
  • Maintaining a healthy home
  • Where to find credible information
