BMO Financial Group has donated $75,000 to Peace Arch Hospital’s ER for the Meet Your Match campaign. Their donation is being matched by Dave and Rani Mann and now represents $150,000 towards the brand new emergency department. Construction will begin this summer.

“We believe in giving back to the communities where our customers live and share Peace Arch Hospital Foundation’s mission of promoting a healthy community,” said Ilda Brazinha, Regional Vice President at BMO Bank of Montreal. “Supporting a new Emergency Unit at Peace Arch Hospital that provides urgent care for individuals and families in White Rock and South Surrey helps us to know that we are making tomorrow better for our communities.”

“We are so thrilled BMO Financial Group has chosen to support our ER,” said Stephanie Beck, the Foundation’s Executive Director. “Their incredible generosity is a wonderful example of their commitment to the health of the communities they serve.”

In recognition of their generous $75,000 gift, a Care Lounge in the new emergency department will be named in BMO’s honour.
